Description

Kai Jeow Moo Sab is a Thai omelette filled with minced pork, fried in plenty of oil until the edges are golden and crispy. The eggs are beaten with fish sauce, seasoned minced pork and sometimes a little soy sauce. The omelette is fried over high heat in a wok with generous oil, creating a unique texture: crispy and puffy outside, soft inside. Served over rice with chili sauce (Sriracha) and cucumber.
